P.S. We have a new thing at work that is called a "leave of absence." So, if I need to leave town for more than 3 days I have to fill out this form and give my boss at least 2 weeks notice. So, if you guys think of any cool road trips for the summer that requires more than 3 days away, you have to give me enough time to tell my boss. K thanks.

isn't it already standard at most places to put it two weeks advanced notice before taking any time off?

not at my job. i turn in my schedule every wednesday for the next week, so my schedule is constantly changing.

i take random weekends off a lot, but now i can't randomly do it unless it's 3 days or less. :(
