Fear Not The Unknown

dark is dead, and dark the deed
listen well, hark and heed:
do not fall on windows still,
the voices ring from sill to sill.
rather do what you would try
chasing dark from out the sky
and do not fear what you cannot know
but embrace instead and you shall show
compassion, truth and beauty real
a welcome sound, a gentle feel.
