It seems similar laws in other states have been used to get domestic violence charges reduced to assault, thanks to the wording of the amendment.

Billionares For Bush at McCain Rally
Billionaires for Bush is a protest group that's been around for a while. They originally dressed up in fancy outfits and went out to "support" Bush in 2004. This year the local group went to visit a McCain rally to show their support.
