welllll, after all the sensible purchases I've made this year I've been thinking of getting a new hunk of computing hardware. I'm debating on what to do if I give into the darkside. My two current choices are either a new PC or a laptop. There are pros and cons either way as a larger hard drive/ dual core processor/nicer graphics card would be good

I've seen some decent laptops at The Source.

Not to shill my own place of work, but PC Medic is pretty competetive with laptops, Toshiba especially - we can order in just about anything on Toshiba.ca, for Toshiba's pricing. Only catch is, Toshiba's only shipping laptops with Vista for the most part (some exceptions on the Tecra line though).
