After thirty-five days, one hundred and thirty pages and a bunch of flangst, I proudly bring you the Really Short Epilogue of Not As Much Doom, the last part of the Really Big Fic of Doom.   Charlie and I are off to the Caribbean for a long, long nap and a bunch of really strong drinks.

Thank you so, so much for all your wonderful comments. I'm so very glad you enjoyed the story, even as angsty and doom!filled as it was at times. I love that you enjoyed the relationships, especially with "your girls" and between Cain and DG; I worked hardest on those, I think, so I'm glad they resonated with you.

Sadly, yes. I have been diagnosed with NoNewPlotitis. We're trying to find a cure. In the interim, I've got seven chapters completed...my outline is about eleven or twelve, but I've sort of conquered the insomnia that led to the finishing of Antietam, so that's why it's taking me longer to finish this one. That, and broody!Cain and sullen!DG are bastards.
