Telekenesis/Mind Control: Sure, that's fine. Just ask first if you're going to give her the good old mind control. If you bring things up from her memories the only thing that will make her falter is her brother's car accident and the fact that she went insane with psychotic depression.
Are there any walls in her mind that may block telekenesis?: No, but she puts up walls in order to protect herself. She's had them up for so long, that they have become a part of herself. It may be a bit hard to reach something such as her brother's car crash easily.

What's her sexuality?: Effy is completely 100% straight.
Can I hug her?: Yes! But, she may not respond well. Effy will probably push you away if it's out of the blue and she doesn't know you, but if you're upset and she's comfortable around you, she may try and take care of you herself.
Can I kiss her?: If you plan it right, and she finds you attractive, then yes.
Can I sleep with her?: same as above. She likes going out and partying and having sex in canon, so if you were to drink with her and she wanted to, then yes. She doesn't usually go out drinking with someone she doesn't know, though, so be sure you know her a bit first!
Can I fall in love with her?: Go for it. She might use your feelings to get what she wants, though.
Can I fight her?: This is a no. She can't fight. The best she can do is fight with words.
Can I hurt/severely wound/kill her?: Hurt? Yes. Severely wound? Yes. Kill? Talk to me about it first, I'm up for plotting!: :D
Can I sense what she's feeling?: Yes you can!
Can I stalk her?: Ooohhh. Yes you may~
If I'm a vampire, can I suck her blood?: Yes, though she may hate you for a bit afterwards. If she likes you, then it might turn out differently.
Any traumatic experiences that I can know about through telepahty?: Yes! Her brother got hit by a car and he had to learn everything once again. She greatly respects him and if you were to see what she feels it and talk about it she would probably walk away and not talk to you for quite some time. As stated before, she went mentally insane and heard voices caused by psychotic depression. She's better now, but she'd rather not talk about it.
