I'm so angry right now!!!

The juvenile that broke into my house was released today. He spent a total of six weeks in detention. Six weeks!
He did $1100 damage to my house and took close to $5000 of my stuff and broke into 9 other houses with similar losses and he get six weeks?! SIX WEEKS!

Sheesh! Based on your earlier post, it seemed that the judge had done the right thing. How long was the punk's sentence?

Oh, and can you sue for the $$? Maybe the parents have some cash?

His sentence was the six weeks that he has just spent in detention. He is on probation but I don't know for how long. He has promised to make restitution, which I have filed with the court for, but I don't expect to see anything.
