I lost out on two houses before we landed in our current one.

At the time I was completely defeated - on one of them we ended up being out over a thousand bucks when we really didn't have it to spend.

But, alas, if those hadn't fallen through I wouldn't have found this house, which I adore for many reasons and is significantly better than our first 2 favorites.

lovely photos, per usual! i wanted to look at the exif info on flickr, but i guess you have that turned off. did you take them with your dslr? what sort of lens did you use?

hmm... I don't remember disabling that info. I'll have to check once I'm back on my laptop. I took them all (at least the ones I posted here) w/my Canon Digital Rebel XT & I used the kit lens... 18-55mm :)
