I know. I mean, who does that? Not just to save it, but to then lovingly frame it and put it on display? It was actually in the master bathroom aboard the U.S.S. Sequoia, which is presumabley where he used it, but still.

How dorky am I that I wonder what they used to make the presidential seal? You would think since he used it, the water would have in some way marred the seal, but no, it looks pristine and new. Hmm.

Heh, my guess is that by "used" they mean it was in the master bath of the U.S.S. Sequoia while he was aboard it, so he quite possibly maybe touched it.
