Ah, but it's shellfish. That makes ALL the difference ;-)

Actually, it wasn't a very cultured sandwich topping, but I liked it (I made the sandwich myself). It was just so radically...unkosher that it made me smile: milk + meat, and the meat was pork, and then to top it off I added shellfish.
