It's not bad at all. It looks like it could a good prologue for a multi-parter too.

Definitely continue. I always enjoy the different ways authors come up with on how Ed returned from the Gate. If you want, you can even put more fill in when Roy is thinking about the past and what he's feeling when he pulls open that door with his eye(s) landing on Fullmetal. Great start!

Thanks for the input! I might make this a longer piece, but I'm thinking I'll definitley rewrite/edit it in the near future.

Doesn't suck at all. Quite a nice start :)

If I had to criticize for the sake of constructive criticism, I'd say a little editing might be required (also as someone already pointed out - a little more of his thoughts to pull the reader in) - not much - tiz all :)
