So fix it dummy! You are the most determined (and stubborn) person I know. You have to get healthier because you have no other choice (mee too). I'm starting S.Beach with my friend Britt in a week or two. Would you like to do it with us? I think we'll use sparkpeople.com to keep each other motivated. If Sheila can juice and take coffee enimas to live I can certainly cut "bad carbs" to get health and so can you!

Well, it's a bit more complicated than fixing it, since, from the two cardiologists I've seen so far, there's no clear resolution since there's no clear culprit.

However, I'm meeting with a new cardiologist this Friday and he's already mentioned the possibility of me going into special therapy for heart patients, so I can work on exercising (which my other two cardios said was a no-no since it puts stress on an already-weakened heart) and losing this weight (which puts stress on the heart in the first place).

It aint over yet. :)
