I was wondering how things might turn out if they went this way, and you satisfied my curiosity so well. This is wonderfully written and so very painful. I now feel like there's a gaping hole in my chest. ;_;

I'm so glad the story worked for you. This is has been percolating in the back of my mind for nearly two weeks. I finally realized that I needed to write it while there was still time. I'm sorry about that gaping hole though, maybe some fluff will fill it? I just posted some fluff on my journal, so if you hit the Fandom: Sherlock tag, maybe that'll help?
