I really do enjoy this quirky little show. Though most of that is due to my love for Officer Agent Audrey Parker! She's snarky, awkward, blunt and gutsy - what's not to love?! The rest of my love comes from the sheer creativity of some of the townspeople's powers - butterfly dude, sketch artist, stuffed people - all pretty original.
And as far as the characters go I like all of them. But I do have to say that I see absolutely NO romantic chemistry between Parker and Nathan. Partnery!chemistry = yes - brother/sister!chemistry = yes, but NO romance! I want just ONE show where they don't try to force the two leads together - could this please be it?! On the opposite side, I like each of their other prospective significant others. I think Nathan and Jess are absolutely adorable together. And Duke - while he tries to be the heartless badass - he usually ends up doing the right thing and he is the only one that can get Audrey to relax.
I just hope that the show remains light-hearted and fun without too much doom and gloom. A bit is alright but I don't want to be depressed every week...I had 24 for that.
