Well, today they printed water bills. I asked Donna how much mine was and she told me a price. Now, I've never had a water bill and although it was higher than I had believed it would be...I believed her. Just an hour or so ago she gave me my water bill and it was half the price she had quoted me. She got me good...I'm so glad it was a joke,
