I should try that as I probably have hearing loss. Too much time in a pool.

Did you see the CBS report on Paul Simon? He's losing his hearing and is trying some new technology that I'm sure is super expensive.

I didn't want to believe my ears were that bad but it is amazing how much more I can hear with the hearing aids.

If I was Paul Simon I'd be trying extra hard to hear well too!

Not much I can do about it except accept it. It is disappointing. Like they say, getting old ain't for sissies.

Why do you think it's inevitable that you'll lose your hearing?

Me too. I do like hearing better with them. I feel like I have super powers, compared to what it's like without them.
