Baby dies after pet dog attack

Sorry for so many posts in one day, but this poor baby was killed by two small dogs. I wonder how many times those two dogs have bitten people including children, in the past, I'm willing to bet quite a few times. Because they're small people think that they're harmless. I've lost count the number of times a small ( Read more... )

Sing it sista. At least the two little bastards were put down. But that's horrible. I find that little dogs are often way more aggressive and obnoxious than bigger ones. Emma wouldn't hurt a fly and people are terrified of her.. Stupid. D:

Totally, like the amount of people have screamed when they've seen Hagrid haha. (Tends to be the Chinese tourists though... Then after the initial shock they want pictures with him xD) All he wants to do is sniff them, or eat their ice cream mostly. :P I don't think Hagrid knows how to be aggressive. He went on this medication a year ago, basically steroids and he got quite boistorous and started barking at people. He ran at David when he first met him, barking and honestly I thought he was going to go for him, but he reached him and then was like "what am I supposed to do now?" xD We took him off the medication (against the vet's wishes, although wtf do they know? he healed on his own!) and he's back to his usual self. But yeah, not a harmful bone in his body, but you take a cute little jack russell, you go up to it thinking aww how cute! And then you lose your nose. -_-

I'd like to know where the hell grandma was, not to hear the baby cry when the attack happened. There's no way the poor little thing did'nt make a sound.

Responsibility lies with the owners. Discipline is the problem, not the age of the owner.

And as a cat slave, i can say that those sly little buggers are no better than dogs if left without discipline. I've known a woman who owned cats and let them run feral, they hissed, spat and attacked any damn thing that so much as breathed.

Yeah, probably down the shop...

Discipline is the problem, not the age of the owner.
I know, definitely, but it's just that I've never seen a granny with a nice dog, you know? They're always out of control and yappy.

:S They do say that a cat can actually do more damage than a dog.

Depends , my gran had a jack parsons and he was fine, the only reason he was re homed was because she went to sheltered housing and they forbid animals full stop ( ... )

Oooh is that what you call Jack Russells? Never heard that before. : )

I'm definitely like that with my animals, especially the horses. If you let them drag you to a field one day, you're screwed for life lol.

Hagrid sat on the sofa once. Literally, like a human, except his front legs were still on the floor, he just kind of looked us like "wha? I'm chillin'." Funniest thing I've ever seen him do haha. It's too much effort for him to be naughty most of the time, it's great lol. In his puppy classes when all the dogs had to lie down and stay whilst we walked to the other end of the hall, Hagrid just about fell asleep. He wouldn't get up either, all the dogs ran off to their owners, we had to go and get him because he was starting to snore lol. That's about as misbehaved he gets. :P

I've digressed lol.

This was absolutely shocking, I couldn't bear to think about what the poor little baby must have gone through. Those 'small' dogs are the worst ones sometimes. What I'd like to know is why the hell the parents left the baby with the dogs in the first place!

I wouldn't leave my dog alone with a baby, and he's a gentle soul. Some people are just born without common sense.
