A "Q" means that the course is extended past the end of the term either because the end date of the course is after the last day of the term (common in summer school), or the professor needed an extension on grade submission for whatever reason. It's also for stuff like thesis and project courses where the project hasn't been completed and no one expected it to. It's nothing you did.
