Yeah, I know I'm pretty late on the Nino birthday train... >_<;; I was planning on drawing a picture for him, and also posting an LJ entry, and blah blah... but

ahaha, yeah by "traditional" doctors, I meant I have been going to clinics.. if the non-traditional doctors can't help me, I'll maybe try to go to a specialist :\\
ahh~ Thank you so much for your comment! There's a lot of good ideas in here. Well, I've been trying to make sure I eat well, for sure, and I've been taking some protein powder every day which definitely has seemed to be helping a bit. Plus get some good sun in because I am a little low on vitamin D, and some probiotics for my stomach, which seem to be helping a lot. I got some blood work done a few weeks ago when I originally went in to see someone about this, and my thyroid, blood level, blood sugar level, and all other vitamin levels are in the "normal" level (some are on the low end of normal, however so I may work on that..)
I used to eat yogurt more often, so I will definitely keep that in mind and try to get that in my system! It's weird cuz I don't really feel like I'm sick.. my throat never hurts, and I just don't have the same symptoms, but I can tell that there is something off, you know? Ohh, and YES I used to take echinacea all the time when I was feeling sick, maybe I can ask my mom if she has some still and I could try
( ... )
wow, it's so weird that all your blood work is normal and still. >< but at least you're being careful about this and taking care of yourself and everything. even if the doctors don't know what it is, if you're not feeling right it's better to take it seriously and look into it. :C guuuuuh. feel better!! *giant hug*
i hope so too......... apparently they found the problem with it and if the part is in tomorrow, like it ~should~ be, they can have it fixed tomorrow afternoon for me to leave. ~.~ if that doesn't work then as long as it's fixed by friday morning or afternoon like it ~really should be~ then i can drive myself down to chicago and meet you guys there. >< rrr.
i have been taking some vitamins, but I've been upping that for the past few weeks since I started feeling icky. Hopefully that will help, too.. >_<;; thank you for the concern, though *hugs* I wanna feel better, too!!
Although today has been going pretty good :D Hurrah~
What helps me is eating foods that boost the immune system? Chia seeds are ultra-nutritious in all sorts of vitamins and minerals, and oils. Something that would support your system.
ahaha.. yes, I am most definitely not pregnant (seeing as I just had my period yesterday.. >.<)
anyway, I'm definitely gonna try to get some more vitamins in myself and I'm actually going to get acupuncture next week.. I've never had it before, but.. x_X;; hey it's worth a shot, I guess. Right? XD;
I love acupuncture. I got a few treatments over the years, and, aaaaw, so relaxing. I have heard from some much older people that they found it rather painful, while my experience of it is a totally painless one, and soothing one. Make you feel like falling asleep, and stay there forever.
Man. I should go myself. ♥ This is a very good initiative. *nods* :)
