The only thing that worked in my diet was moderation. Eat everything the same but in actual serving sizes as opposed to what you feel like eating (I used to eat two tacos, now I only eat one sort of thing). And limit eating out. It saves money.
Yeah, like Kat said, a lot of it is just you have to stop eating when you're full. That and not eating late. I've found that no matter how good pancakes taste at midnight, it's not really the best time to eat them.

i like to eat, and i am always hungry, i have to wait 20 min. for my mind to register that i am full but i end up not being full. And call me when ever you get the chance.
