LOL! It's turning out absolutely lovely! I entirely agree with you. There is nothing easier than narrow stripes and plaids for pleating.

Should have seen it with the floral garlands on the bottom, YUMMY! :D I picked up the pleating trick from the "Shakespeare in Love" pattern, though with different sizes. Turned out the only thing I really liked about the pattern. ;-)

LOL! I'm not familiar with that particular pattern, but I have had the misfortune of purchasing patterns I thought would be great, only to discover they were useless or worse...

Even waiting to the last minute dosn't solve too many problems. As you may have guessed, a pregnant woman also grows right up to the last minute. ;-)
