I was really nervous arriving to take my driving theory test, so I prepared the best way I knew how by eating cookies and drinking coffee beforehand. The last day of school was yesterday! That meant that after the kids went home at one o'clock, the staff attacked the wine/cheese/snacks until 2:30, and then I was free! My driving lessons continue to provide entertainment and a bit of frustration, for example when I was told I steer wrong. I informed the driving instructor that I did not infact steer "wrong" just different from what is concidered safe and best practice within this country. The school kids seem to be adjusting to my new name, and they seem to be content with keeping it in its correct form for the minute, instead of creative variations including their favourites of: Miss Bam Bam Bos, Miss Van Hell Bos, Miss Boss, Miss Vending Machine, and Miss Van Winkle.
