P/ S - Good aspect is they thought i was doing a good job, but dont think having a receptionist is necessary i.e they dont think theres enough work... so theyre redirecting it to everyone else in the company... poor buggers... ive been pretty flat-out with the workload

if what they have told you is legit (ie your *position* was made redundant - they didnt fire *you*) then you should at least be able to get a good reference off them.

Yeah, work-wise theres no reason i shouldnt get a fucking marvellous reference off of them... only problem i theres a problem with them not paying me the amount they said they would and im trying to retain it in back-pay, which they are being very reluctant in doing. Luckily i have a really good contact in the Department of Fair Trading, so if they decide to be cheap-asses, ill make their life atleast a little hellish.
