Fresh warm sourdough bread is SO GOOD. Especially with garlic butter.

I need to buy some yeast!

It's really good toasted, too.

Why don't you start some without yeast? It tastes better that way, you just need more patience.

Yeast. :)

There's yeast already in the flour naturaly, that's how people leavened their bread until yeast was domesticated and bred to have certain characteristics. All you need is a cup of water, a cup of flour and a few days at room temperature.
