n.b. I have discovered that my scales are not as accurate as I thought, particularly when weighing larger items, so until I get a new set I am implementing the following policy:
I will use a rounded up estimate based on what the scales read on the Royal Mail price calculator and pay any extra if the postage charges come up as more expensive than quotes I give. In turn I will of course refund buyers if the postage comes up as much less.
