On the inside shirring, there are still tailor marks on the elastic which do not come off or affect the wear

I got a lot of questions about this. It would be best served with the lining removed and with panniers/bustles instead of petticoats for intended shape. When I say "bustles" I mean, Marie Antoinette Rococo hip buckets bustles. It's designed with arched pockets on the flaps for the bustle to fit under on each side. It doesn't look right without it as the bustle flaps fall a bit flat otherwise and it's a bit dramatic when properly coordinated.
*This will be the last time I'm offering this as I may get back into Rococo style.*
