Is Loligals (AliExpress) reliable ?

Hi, I'm fairly new to Lolita fashion (I started two years ago with simple elements, but now I want to wear full coords) and my only source of income is my student job, which means I can't really spend 400 USD for a dress unless I save for ages. I never bought from LoliGals specifically so I can't comment on their trustworthiness, but I know skirts from this brand are pretty short compared to the usual around-knee-length of lolita skirts. The prints seem to be okay quality from what I saw live however.

I have, they do have legit peices but at times they get real fishy. They are not too acurate with sizing. I bought from them many dresses and only once got disappointed because I was promised a size and that they shipped my order to the wrong adress and they had to resend my dresses. So be very cautious.
