OFFBRAND PETTICOAT - SOLD
Price: $30. Tried on to test poof power and wow, I think this petti is brand-standard. It gives a beautiful cupcake shape and has a lining so the tulle doesn't rub on your legs. Plus size friendly - it has waist ties on the side to accommodate many sizes.
