i hate owing people money. i hate being harassed by women named geena from debt collection agencies, and i hate how the world i live in revolves around money. but i love that i am happy for the most part, surrounded by good friend, and that i have a family that is always concerned for me and ready to help. God is good.

i've had some long days lately. but they've been good. spent three days on long beach island with danny and the dzambo family. came home and helped the youth with a car wash at the church. today i went to church, and then went with danny, amy and phil to go see p.mo and taneka. it was really great. we ate, and talked, and played risk and watched ( Read more... )

what a long long day yesterday. But a good good day too. Got up around 9, ate a breakfast at "The Original Pancake House" in Bethesda that cost too much money. Met with the Doctors and found out that my Lymphoma is responding really well to the treatments. I still can't really believe that I'm about to say this. I am reading Blue Like Jazz, and, well, I like it. It's a pretty decent book. Now don't get me wrong, it hasn't changed the way I think like Keller's preaching to believers and unbelievers, Piper's God is God-centered, or Lewis' ideas on the present and eternity, but it's a good book.
