Hi!
So, I'm assuming, since you're all human, you all relax at some point.
How do you do it?
I mean, I'm learning all this cool stuff about deep breathing, and tensing body part by body part until I start realizing- HEY! Woah! That's not tense- that's the opposite of tense!! Wow! I've sucessfully relaxed my right foot!

Ohh, my favorite relaxation is getting together with friends and playing some fun games like, Fairytale telling...
No, really.
I assume you are taking the relaxation class at this time or just feel you need to relax?
My favorite focus is fire. I always go in and out of focus. The only way to master it is by practice.
Sleep, fast and without warning, is the best benefit of this stuff, but even if you take 15 minutes and only get a good ten minutes of focused relaxation, it's worth it.
Yoga is also great - you need to get over your fear of performing in front of people - we can talk about that later...

I wouldn't know, I'm a collective hallucination. I would like to learn to do that, too, but there aren't any other collective hallucinations around to teach me. :/ But I'm glad to hear you're getting somewhere with it!
Cheers!

And it would be cool in the shower, except I like to bathe in the shower, and you're not supposed to think about anything except for relaxing, so I wouldn't be able to think about shampoo.
What kind of CD were you thinking of? Do they make relaxation CDs for walking/dancing/moving? Or were you thinking music CD, in which case, do you know of music CDs that are good for relaxing?

Some people relax better with movement than by trying to stay still. Other people find it easier to be still in a bath. That's what I was thinking. = )

Strangely enough I've been feeling less stressed out in general when I listen to harder rock with a good beat I can loose myself to and lyrics I can identify with/get "inspired" by.... like I've been listening to the Foo Fighters new single, "The Pretender" a lot. And "Dance of the Manatee" by Fair to Midland. (Try looking up the songs on youtube. If you like them and think the same would work for you, then I'll try making you up a mix cd.)
