My phone interviews have all been a few standard questions that they ask every applicant. Mostly, questions like the following:
Are you still interested? Why do you want this job? What qualifications do you have?
Some of the interviews have been a little more in depth, some really shallow. On my last phone interview, I was asked if I would have any trouble showing up on time. :?
You lied! They asked complicated, in-depth questions challenging me to provide proof of my proficiency in a number of teaching skills and to display an obcene amount of knowledge about early childhood in general. They were avaricious in their quest for information from my brain! Avaricious!
...but that's okay. I still love you and want to bug you. I mean, hug you. :)
Good luck, sweetie!! I know you'll do great. Do what Eithni said--she's smart--said everything I would've said. Those really are fabulous ideas. Have a bottle/cup/mug of water nearby (but covered so you don't accidently spill all over your nice cheat sheets you've set out.) Dress nice, because it makes you feel professional, and will put you in the mood for the interview. Be well prepared, and relax, smile--you'll be fine. Let us know how it goes.

It is kind of like a review of your cover letter.
