Yeah, sold everything and moved to Hawaii. I like it here. I miss you guys sometimes and will probably never make it to another A-kon, but life has evened out for me here.

I also cut my tongue kissing a goddess and can taste nothing but pain. I thought I was going to write more about the bondage artist (we eventually broke bread together) and maybe some sex things, but decided that some stories are more powerful half-told.

That book wasn't destroyed. It only appeared that way.

It was shibari-ed, with its stray pages arranged into the ties, and given as a gift to one of the contest winners on the way home.
