Hey, I really like the design for your livejournal. Could you tell me how to do the transparent-y thing you have for your entries, like how you can see the background image through them?

Sure..

Just use this html..

(i used * instead of <,> in order for it too show up so just change all the *'s to <,>.)

..you can change the color and just play around with the how clear you want it to be by changing the opacity.
