You'd think after all this time when we get a lull and it is quiet, it would be enjoyed rather than pointed out just how quiet it is. Though, I suppose there is that old adage or what have you: it's always calm before the storm ( Read more... )

No, that's never fun, ha ha! I wish it would snow here. That would be hilarious watching the Espada have a snowball fight... Soul Society is really beautiful this time of year, though, I love the way the icicles look hanging from the roofs when the sky's all pink and rosy.

I have the same feelings, Ayasegawa-san. Sometimes when things are too quiet, it's disheartening, isn't it?

Or perhaps we're all just conditioned that way.

Perhaps. But, I think it's best not to run away with bad thoughts and just enjoy what we have while we have it. It's exponentially less stress that way.
