damn near any kind of band

we were about to start a hardcore eat your fuckin face and melt your bones deathmetal band...with hats of course. that has yet to develop simply cause we dont live in friggin L.A. there is no place to 'make it' as a band like that around here.

we like to play rock and roll, or goof off and experiment more than anything. just depends on the mood. quite diverse id say.

what do you like to play?

i love rock n roll...and the part you should pay attention to in the blog is closer to the bottom.

yeah im down for the gypsy/blues/rock/funk/whatever band thing. im also down for some hardcore craziness. the hardcore thing is more just for fun though. there really isnt anywhere to get a name out for yourself to get anywhere in this area for that kind of band. the only places you can play are shitty dumps like cup joes. only bars that accept heavy acts are columbia street west and legends sometimes. if only this were LA id be down to put my full effort and time into a crazy fuckin band.

the following are bands music i or my friend and i know covers from to give you an idea. notice there is no hardcore music. we feel that kind of stuff is best created and not covered, there is little or no room for making it your own unless you slow it down, thus not making it thrash/death/ wahtever metal. *shrug* these are from the top of my head, making a bigger list would be pointless.

beatles - weezer - hendrix - oasis - the guess who - metallica
tom petty - green day - alice in chains - STP - RHCP - ramones

ya dig?
