I was also screaming at the screen. STOP HUGGING PEOPLE THAT ARE SUPPOSE TO LOVE YOU!!!!! Poor guy, does he have any family that isn't devious and treacherous? Even Claire has killed him in a couple of futures.

Yeah, this was a great episode and I love when Hiro injected Ando with a tracking device. HAHAHAHAHA!

Other than Peter's naive idiocy, though, I really enjoyed the Judas overtones to the scene. Nathan should have kissed him for the full effect. (No, not in a slashy way. Perv. :D ... I know i was having Flashbacks of the Corleons (Godfather). And loved your review, tired one of my own but still working out the lj-cuts kinks. I think i know how now so hopefully I don't upset to many people who haven't seen the episode yet, since I don't know how to Delete it. But make to X-men I mean Heroes (giggle). It was really good. what with Claire not being so whiny and I was thinking the same exact thing about tracy (like all she had to do was create an Ice slide for everyone to glide down to safety. And I just knew HRG was in on it. And Nathan oh Nathan, he was kinda trying to give Pete an out. All in All awesome Episode.

Hopefully Tracy will live long enough to develop her power to ice-slide levels.

I still have a hart time with lj cuts sometimes. For example, right now the link to this entry appears three times on my main page. I have no idea why.

I also have to mention the horrid way claire is being styles. i also like the was sylar's heroes quest to find his family, it's just like perseus. he'll prabably kill his father too

You're right. This whole story line does draw parallels to the X-Men, but luckily Claire doesn't have metallic claws coming out of her arms. While this episode did not have me biting my nails. I was pleasantly surprised at Claire and the moment when Mohinder grabbed for Peter was touching.

I think the irony is that Nathan thinks Hiro has powers but doesn't know Ando doesn't. Ando can be a superhero now.

Hopefully, we get to see Traci do something more than a freezing touch.

I know, I'm really confused on why he would go back to Angela like that and instantly think she'd confess all. The family is clearly one to lie to each other often and Peter is the only one to forgive them time-and-time-and-time-and-time again. Or at least "trust" them on some level...

Has Peter touched Claire yet, cause if so, then even without flying he could've just jumped out of the airplane. Though I thought it was nice to see Mohinder trying to help him.

But really, this ep was really good. The action got started right away but without tons of 'wtf' moments like the first half of the season.

My only confusion is - how did they get Hiro to NY from Tokyo so fast??

I'd imagine that Peter has touched Claire at some point. I mean, it has been two months and she seems to have been hanging out at Angela's a lot.

I thought that about Hiro too. It seemed like one second Ando heard Hiro being abducted and the next minute he GPSed him and Hiro was already on the plane. Who knows. Maybe it took Ando a lot longer than they showed to figure out Hiro's password.

About Peter:

has anyone ever thought that he now has to consciously want to take the power to obtain it? He told Nathan he still only had flying. So he wouldn't have gotten claire's abilities. Only Mohinder's now to get free.

Also, maybe he can only have one power at a time. That could be why he wasn't able to fly. So he has to juggle between powers. It could be interesting.

I don't think he actually told Nathan that was the only power he had. He answered a question with a question which, to my mind, means he was being deliberately evasive.

I would not like it if they limited Peter to one power at a time. In my opinion, that would be taking the retcon a little too far.
