Sylar's mini-me is creepy, he's such a clear cut sociopath that the moment I had the most trouble grasping was when he gave Sylar his dad's address. Either way, I'm glad Sylar went back for him and I hope this will cause Sylar harm in some way

Never appologize for a long response. I love discussing the show too.
I have never understood the imprison them all school of mutant management...not here and not in x-men. I don't know what they could want with young aquaman...unless Nathan's badly in need of a pool boy.
I had suck high hopes for Tracy(i?) when she started. She seemed like a realistic person with some brains. Now she's just a bitch and an idiot. It's sad, really.
As for Sandra...yes, he shouldn't be lying to her, but on the flip side, how does she believe him? To a certain extent I think, "fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me." At this point, her total ignorance of his character and his profession must be practically deliberate. And considering that last time he told her exactly what was going on, she ran off with Claire and Meredith to confront the puppet guy and nearly got killed, I kind of think the lying is understandable.
And remember when we were talking about if he could round them all up. He's using a freakin bulletin board, and push pins. And he's managed to keep ONE! And not even doing a very good job of that. He must be insane if he thinks waterboy is too dangerous to be free, but him, his mother and his daughter are a-okay to go running around. Nathan makes The Company look like a "good plan".
Nah, if my husband was dragging innocent people out of their homes, I'd have trouble making his meatloaf too. Even if bad people with powers tried to hurt me I'd have enough sense to realize that not everyone with powers was bad, especially when my own daughter had them.
wow, i totally didn't think about the all parallels between heroes and supernatural in that episode. i did catch the roadtrip with rock music part. oh, that damn smoke monster! lol. anyways, it was nice reading your commentary!
Thanks! :) I didn't even put down all of the parallels that occurred to me (because I'm obsessive and many of them were more than a stretch). For example: Sylar pressures Luke not to use his powers.
Also, my sister and I discussed whether it would have occurred to John Winchester to sell one of his sons for ammo money. Conclusion: probably not.
omg! you're just full of those parallelisms. aww, sylar being brotherly-ish... lol. well he did go and save luke, kinda like how dean was always saving sam. haha, well john did used sam's college money for ammo. dead beat dads. where would tv show plotlines be without them. everybody in heroes has a daddy issue. what's up with that?
...Speaking of X-Men...I really enjoyed the commercial tonight, but they still haven't let me hear Gambit talk, and I'm unaccountably anxious.
I'm nervous. As a HUGE X-Men fan, I believe his accent will make or break my Gambit sex fantasy where we're getting busy on a big pile of cards. *drools*
Claire = Idiot She's a teenage idiot who thinks with her emotions and not her head. HELLO?!? WTF did she think was going to happen when she told her mom the truth? Jeezuz. She looked shocked that Sandra kicked HRG out of the house. What a flipping bimbo. I'd love to punch some damn sense into her blonde head.
Re: Gambit: I have already seen that his eyes aren't red, which is disappointing, but I can forgive it if the accent is right. Please, please let the accent be right.
Claire never thinks about the possible consequences for her actions. (Shouldn't she have learned by now?) Why would "Rebel" recruit her to do anything important. Maybe Rebel just needs a reckless idiot. She can be useful for that, I guess.
Noah would rock the lederhosen. I can picture it. Actually, I can picture it so clearly that I'm half convinced I must have seen it somewhere already. Strange. Has Jack Coleman ever worn lederhosen?
Stupid flu; my brain is fried.
The constant texting is like S1 SPN when Papa Winchester was texting the boys! WIN! Rebel is Papa! He just thinks Claire is too dumb to understand coordinates so he has to spell it out.
Thanks! Friend away, I don't mind. (But I'm horrible about friending back. Don't feel insulted. I'll get around to managing my friends list someday. Probably. Maybe.)
there's absolutely no need to friend me back since I don't write in English in my journal. so, unless you're good in Russian...:)
back to the episode: also, now that we know all about Claire's boyfriends. she keeps them in the closet. she locks them in and... oh well... just forgets them there when Bennets move to another town.
