thanks buddy, yeah daniela is really wise and knows what she is talking about for sure. i am trying to apply her advice to my daily living and so far, it is working. i just have to laugh more and not dwell on sad things. i don't want to like be on a constant downward spiral so this way, i can just be happier and i am sure charlotte will appreciate my not whining and complaining to her every other second.

whenever i am sad, i will break out my XXX raunchy mind and laugh instead lol ;-)
