Living in a dorm couldn't be much different from living at home, besides the fact that he was rooming with a complete stranger, someone older than him, and a student of the same university he was now enrolled in. It couldn't be all that bad. Not everyone here had to be as stuck up as Maka, so focused on their studies that they didn't know a good time when it bit them in the rear.
Pushing, though it was more like kicking, a taped up cardboard box that held nothing but games and assorted electronics against one wall, Black Star wondered what type of guy his roommate was. He had been given nothing but a name along with his dorm assignment: Grimmjow Jeagerjacques. In all reality, what kind of name was Grimmjow? No, not once did it ever occur to Black Star that his own name could be taken the same way.
Going to sit on his bed, bag of chips in one hand, he seemed oblivious to the mess around him. Clothes had been tossed every which direction in the desperate attempt to locate the bag of Doritos he had stashed away upon leaving home for this campus. Orange tipped his fingers from the coating on the chips, spreading slowly onto everything he touched. That was just one reason why he had pushed the box to its designated area with his foot. No need going and getting nacho cheese on his precious electronics.
Right. First thing was first. He had to get used to this dorm room and hopefully meet his roommate, as well. Both the room key and his ID card were safely stored in one pocket should he choose to exit what would be his home for however long, though both items had long since been forgotten by the blue-haired one. Leaving the red hued bag of snacks stranded on his bed, Black Star wandered into the kitchen, set on figuring out what there was to eat. It was important for one such as him, as cooking would surely end with a fire alarm going off.
