I have officially made it 10.5 days! Huzzah! And I've only eaten 2 little sweets: that not-so-chocolatey chocolate chip bagel and, last night, a pinky-dip of chocolate icing. I needed to see if it was still good... Ok, so I cheated a bit BUT the great news is that, while normally I'd have eaten the whole bowl of icing, I was really quite content. And since that's the goal of this little experiment, I think that's an ok slip!
Also- while there's no way I've actually lost any weight in just slightly over 1 week, for some reason I feel like I have. So when I looked in the mirror while scantily clad, I think I look really sexy! Somehow this not eating sweets has boosted my self-confidence more than ever. Hurray!
So be proud of me! I'm doing a great job!! :D
