So i go by my mom's house this afternoon and she shows me this letter that arrived today. It's from the St. Tammany Parish Coroner's Office. The letter states that she needs to make arrangements to retrieve my grandmother's personal effects. All she has to do is send them a letter stating it's ok for them to mail it, and a copy of her driver's
