I may sound a bit skeptic, but I would say you have a case of hypochondria.

I wouldn't say hypochondria, but in general agree. I'd say more of the "Take a Psych class and suddenly feel like you have almost every mental disorder the class covers" syndrome.

Well, considering I'm a psych major...
(I do admit, though, that I have a tendency to see aspects of myself in a lot of the crazinesses I learn about. But I think this is different. ...But it's nice to know that at least two people I know think I'm *not* crazy :-)

Well, I looked up the symptoms of hypochondria online, and I think you're right. I definitely have it.

Your all caps, ultra-gleeful title there really seems to fit under the "FLAT, CHEERLESS DEMEANOR" descriptor up there.

1791 was the year it happened. i was 23, younger than you are now, but times were different then - i was a man at that age, the master of a large plantation just south of new orleans. i had lost my wife in childbirth. she and the child had been buried less than half a year. i could not take the pain of their loss. i longed to be released.. something something something something. damn. i got close.

hey... drop the preoccupied with the own agenda thingie for me...

and add the "few facial expressions" one.. I have like 2...

sometimes i fit the "flat cheerless demeanor" descriptor... like when I'm on the bus.. or at work... or at home... or whilst scrubbing the zombie drool from my windows since I hate the way the sun shines through it like a flashlight through a two liter of Moonmist....
