Petition against closure of Leeds centre for treatment of HMS/HEDS.

Ladies and gentlemen, I'd be very grateful if you'd visit the following site and take ten seconds to fill out the online petition to assist in the campaign to replace Professor Bird (who has done outstanding work in the field) after his retirement later this year and create new treatment centres around the UK. Ugh, I didn't even know I could be referred to Leeds. (I'm Mancunian and have HMS/EDS-3.) My PCT refused to refer me out-of-area, but if I'd known about this one, I could have asked for there. I hope they do establish a clinic at MRI, in that case.

No problem, chapel allerton really is excellent - and you can be referred there from Manchester, I know people there with EDS who go to Leeds.
