Well, if I recall the fraud triangle correctly, a person needs incentive to commit fraud, so maybe you're on to something?? Motivate them on one end then catch them on the other. I'd never have a quiet work at day again.

I fully admit that the whole "vegetarian + bacon" thing made me LOL. I think Matt could be vegetarian, too, if he was allowed to have one meat product in his diet. I'm torn as to whether it'd be bacon or chicken. ;)

My coworkers and I actually had a discussion the other day about protein sources and how people do better or worse on different diets. I do much better on a vegetarian one, and Matt does better on an omnivorous diet. Doesn't make either of us wrong, just built differently. So don't feel guilty, it's how you are. :) If you want to feel less guilty, might I suggest locally-farmed meats?

Vegetarian Shmedgitarian! As you said in your own post, we are omnivores and are built to eat meat. Don't even make me get into the differences in the bioavailability of certain nutrients when consumed from plant vs. animal sources ( ... )
