My friend's niece is a Riley, and she is the most adorable, sweetest little thing, so I have no negative attachments to that name. Riley could work.
Ridley makes me think of the Metroid Space Pirate though. Which is kind of awesome. But it also strikes me as more masculine than feminine, as opposed to strictly unisex.
Rosalyn is neat in that it allows for nicknames.
Regina is no.
I'm not helpful. D: But then again I'm horrible for giving name advice. I don't like 'normal' names, usually. And you seem rather down to earth in the choosing of names, rather than something fanciful and fantasy oriented. XD

As for this... It is only listed as a boy name, but that isn't about to stop me. In recent years, many more "masculine" names have taken the plunge into the unisex market. You aren't likely to see a female Robert or Adam any time soon, but you'll sure see names like Bailey and Drew and Morgan associated with more females than used to be the case in ye olden days.
