Halloween
Man, I suck at updating. I wish there was more time in the day. Anyhoo, here's my Halloween; hope yours was as fun as mine:
So I signed up to work on Halloween because I knew that we weren't going to get a lot of customers that night (but we kinda did anyway). During the last couple of years I've been working at the mall, our mall has been having this trick-or-treat event for the kids. It's basically an alternative to the going door-to-door-to-strangers-house tradition. Personally, I think this is a great idea. It keeps kids safer.
So anyway, we had to buy some candy for the event; we figured about $20 worth. Obviously it wasn't enough since we only lasted an hour-and-a-half until we ran out of candy. There was probably hundreds of kids in the mall that night. But it was a lot of fun. Some kids had really cool costumes. I think I saw about 15 Spidermans and 20 princesses. If someone dressed up as Hello Kitty, I'd give him/her all my candy ^_^
I encouraged my employees to dress up for Halloween, but no one really did. Luckily, I brought my little collection of headbands. Here are some photos:
Angelic (bee) and Shaira (kitty) I can't believe Shaira actually went to class dressed up like that.
Me (Devil Kitty), Milagros (Witch), Shaira (Kitty) --> Some kid actually asked me if I was the devil. LOL!! If his Mom wasn't there with him, I could've been like "Yes, I'm the devil and you're going to hell! MWAHAHAHA!!"

YAY!! My manager bought me a Hello Kitty Marshmallow candy for Halloween. THANK YOU!!!!

Halloween was great this year, though I wish I got to spend it with my favorite people (Lil Su, Karen, Jarmie, my BFF, etc.) What's even better is that no one but two kids came to our house which means that we have a bowl full of candy. YAY!!
Aaaand it's finally November. And look who/what I have to wake up to:
