Ever since I began considering life after college, I have alluded to Plan B (and sometimes even a Plan C). Plan B (or C) has nothing to do with finding a job (ostensibly Plan A), and everything to do with life as a single, unattached person with no debt being awesome, if it's just used correctly

I guess one question is how long your potential trip to Europe would be, and how far in advance you're planning. Employers can often be flexible on exact starting dates, but if you want to spend a month or so over here, that's probably pushing it. On the other hand, maybe some time away is just what you need to rock your next interview.
Or maybe just look into doing something completely crazy, like finding a job in another country! Make use of the fact that the whole world either speaks or wants to speak your native language!
