Late, but I'm glad you had such a good time! Ngl, as soon as I read "a Doctor Who store (North America's largest, they claim)" my immediate reaction was "pshaw, how big can it be?" but it sounds impressive indeed. I guess Dr. Who has a large enough following in the US to merit such a place.
I was wondering how 50/50 would turn out, and I'm glad to hear a good review. I'll put it on my to-see list definitely. :)
