You have many strengths, and hope for the future. I hope there's been some therapy for you, for it sounds essential in your circumstances (hell, it's good for people in far glossier circs), and well-earned.

I... guess I don't find myself to be a very interesting topic. My interests, yes, but me? :( Meh. It comes out in complaints or observations, but never as much as general conversation, true. Outside of hobbies, my life's been pretty quiet, maybe a little depressing. I try to keep depressing topics out of happy fun chitchat.

Alas, no. (Unless I'm trying to trick my opponent in a sword duel, in which case I will lose very quickly.) I've been working on making my hand a little less weak, but I have a ganglion cyst that makes smooth, graceful movements a little bit less so.
