On one hand, Michael Jackson's music was one of my biggest glimpses into ridiculously catchy tunes in my young life. In the midst of a whole bunch of aging, dull vinyl records, I'd found my parents' copy of Thriller, and overcame my nervousness of scratching records just to try and play the same groove over and over again

I'm not sure. I try to go for benignly-crazy SOBs, like Frank Zappa or Alan Moore. Less hate, more piss-taking and musical bikes.

He was a loony, but I think it was mostly a result of his incredibly weird life. His music was great. It's too bad, he probably never had a normal moment in his whole life.
